With reference to the above subject, approval is hereby granted to Jain Hospital, 1/550, 177 178, Jagriti  Enclave, Vikas Marg Extn. Delhi 110092, empanelled under CGHS Delhi/NCR as a NABH Heath Care Organization to be upgraded as a QAI Accredited Health Care Organization .

Scope of Services as per NABH/QAI Accreditation are : Anaesthesiology, Critical Care, Dermatology and Venereology, Day  Care  Services,  Family  Medicine,  General  Medicine, General Surgery, Medical Gastroenterology, Neonatology, Nephrology, Neurology , Neuroradiology, Neurosurgery, Obstetrics &  Gynaecology,  Medical  Oncology,  Surgical Oncology, Orthopaedic Surgery, Otorhinolaryngology, Psychiatry (OPD Only), Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Respiratory Medicine, Urology, CT Scanning, MRI, Ultrasound,  X Ray, 2 D Echo, EEG, EMG/EP, Urodynamic  Studies, Laboratory  Services, Dietetics & Physiotherapy.

2. The    other    terms    &   conditions    of    empanelment    shall    remain    unchanged.
