Subject: Removal of Elbit Medical Diagnostics Ltd. from list of Empaneled HCOs under CGHS Bengaluru.
With reference to the above subject, Elbit Medical Diagnostics Ltd, No.1, & ½, Queens Road, Bengaluru – 560 001 which was empaneled under CGHS Bangalore vide CGHS Bengaluru OM No. 19-3/2014/ADMN.(129)/5287 dated 13/11/2014, have not onboarded on HEM Portal despite repeated reminders.
Accordingly, to avoid inconvenience to beneficiaries, their name stands removed from the list of empaneled hospitals under CGHS Bengaluru with effect from 16/02/2022.
