मुख्यालय में या इसके आस-पास स्थनीय सरकारी यात्राओं के लिए टैक्सी द्वारा यात्रा करने/अपनी कार का उपयोग करने पर टैक्सी किराया प्रभार की प्रतिपूर्ति के लिए संशोधित स्वीकार्यता।
छठे केंद्रीय. वेतन आयोग के बाद बोर्ड के दिनांक 19.08.2010 के पत्र सं.एफ(ई)I/2009/एएल-28/42 (आरबीई स॑.123/2010) के अनुसार, मुख्यालय में या इसके आस-पास स्थानीय सरकारी यात्राओं के लिए टैक्सी द्वारा यात्रा करने/अपनी ,कार का उपयोग करने पर टैक्सी किराया प्रभार की प्रतिपूर्ति की स्वीकार्यता के बारे में अनुदेश जारी किए गए थे।
2. दिनांक 19.08.2010 के उक्त उल्लिखित अनुदेशों के अधिक्रमण में, महानिदेशक/मानव संसाधन और बोर्ड (वित्त आयुक्त एवं अध्यक्ष रेलवे बोर्ड) के अनुमोदन से अब यह विनिश्वय किया गया है कि मुख्यालय में या इसके आस-पास स्थानीय सरकारी यात्राओं के लिए ग्रुप ‘बी’ और, ‘सी’ के रेल सेवकों को स्कूटर या बस किराया, जैसा भी मामला हो, की प्रतिपूर्ति की अनुमति दी जाए।
3. ये आदेश तत्काल प्रभाव से लागू होंगे।

In terms of Board’s letter No. F(E)I/2009/AL-28/42, dated 19.08.2010 (RBE No.123/2010), post 6th CPC instructions regarding admissibility to travel by Taxi / reimbursement of Taxi hire charges for using one’s own car for local official journeys at or near Headquarters were issued.
2. In supersession to the above mentioned instructions dated 19.08.2010, it has now been decided with the approval of DG/HR & Board (FC & CRB) that Group ‘B’ & ‘C’ Railway servants may be allowed reimbursement of scooter or bus fare as the case may be and Group ‘A’ Railway servants may be allowed reimbursement of taxi or scooter or bus fare, as the case may be, for local official journeys at or near Headquarters.
3. These orders will come into force with immediate effect.
