Dear Secretary,
Your attention is invited to Rule 73 (4) of CGGPRA Rules 2017 of the Directorate of Estates which inter alia states that the allotment of accommodation to the allottee shall be cancelled. in case license fee has not been received continuously or a period of four months from an allottee or the Drawing and Disbursing Officer (DDO) of office of the allottee It has also been observed that DDOs of many departments did not post licence fee schedule in DDO module of GPRA against Allottee Acount Numberr (AAN) after deducting in timely manner Sometime. this 54 results into cancellation of allotment due to non receipt of license fee for 4 months and ww thereby cause inconvenience and agony to allottee.
2 In order ta overcome this Directorate of Estates has rolled out Integration of Public Finance Management System (PFMS) with the DDO module of GPRA for automatic posting of License Fee through PFMS By doing so the process will be Simplified and become more transparent. The integration will help in doing away with monthly activity of DDOs to post schedule of license fee on DDO module of GPRA wef 01 08.2020.
3. I therefore, request you to direct DDOs of your Ministry/Department and also the DDOs of other eligible offices under your control to login in DOO module of GPRA to fill up PFMS details and verification of AAN. address city code etc. in PFMS salary Module of all allottees of their department for the process of integration
