Subject: Submission of final adjustment claims on account of Special Cash Package in lieu of LTC for the block year 2018-2021 (All India/Home Town)
Reference: Main office circulars bearing No. even. dated 23.10.2020 and 07.12.2020.
With reference to above, it is intimated that since the facility for Special Cash Package in lieu of LTC for the block year 2018-2021 (All India/Home Town) is valid up to 31.03.2021 and all claims are to be adjusted within the financial year 2020-21 itself, the final adjustment claims should invariably be forwarded to this office by 01.03.2021 so that these may be settled within this financial year.
2. It has also been observed that details of bank account, PAN Number, Aadhar number and Address etc. are not mentioned by the claimants in their application while applying for advance on this account or in final adjustment claim which causes a lot of delay and ensuring correct payment through PFMS. It may, therefore, be ensured that the details of bank account number to which the amount is to be credited, which should be same as the salary account of the individual, alongwith name of bank and branch and IFSC are clearly mentioned in the claim.
3. The contents of this circular may be brought to notice of all concerned for strict compliance.
