VOLUNTARY RETIREMENT/TECHNICAL RESIGNATION/ RESIGNATION CASES IN RESPECT OF GP ‘A’ AND GP ‘B’ (GAZ) OFFICERS
1. It has been observed in past that subject cases are processed with considerable delay at most of the fmns/units involved therein which has been commented adversely by MoD in many cases recently. To eliminate the anomaly, it is hereby directed to process the ibid cases to higher fmn within 07 days of receipt from lower formation and preferably through a special courier at all levels.
2. It is to be strictly ensured that there is no delay beyond above mentioned period at each level.
