NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 17th November, 2021

G.S.R. 805(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 18 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 (13 of 1985), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Personnel and Training, Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances and Pensions vide number G.S.R. 610(E), dated the 26th July, 1985, namely :—

In the Table to the said notification, –

  1. for serial number 18 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely:-
    S. No. Bench Jurisdiction of the Bench
    (1) (2) (3)
    “18 Jammu Bench
    1. Districts of Doda, Jammu, Kathua, Kishtwar, Reasi, Poonch, Rajouri, Ramban, Samba, Udhampur in the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir
    2. District of Leh in the Union territory of Ladakh” ;
  2. after serial number 18 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely:-
    S. No. Bench Jurisdiction of the Bench
    (1) (2) (3)
    “19 Srinagar Bench
    1. Districts of Srinagar, Anantnag, Bandipora, Baramulla, Bench Budgam, Ganderbal, Kulgam, Kupwara, Pulwama, Shoplan in the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir
    2. District of Kargil in the Union territory of Ladakh’.
