Sub: Rate of Stabling Charge
Ref: Rates Master Circular/Demurrage-Wharfage-Waiver/2016/0 and its Corrigendum No.17
In terms of Corrigendum No.17 of Rates Master Circular/Demurrage-Wharfage-Waiver/2016/0, the rate of Stabling Charge in case of all privately owned wagons including wagons owned by container operators is Rs.525/- per wagon per day or part of a day. These guidelines are valid upto 31.03.2022.
The matter has been reviewed and it has been decided that the rate of Stabling Charge in case of all privately owned wagons including wagons owned by container operators will be Rs.575/- per wagon per day or part of a day, from 01.04.2022 till 31.03.2023.
This issues in consultation with Freight Marketing Branch & Traffic Transportation directorate and with the concurrence of Finance directorate of Railway Board.
