OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Notification of fresh empanelment of private HCOs under CGHS Jaipur.
In pursuance of CGHS Office Memorandum dated 22.12.2025, the following Health Care Organizations are hereby empanelled under the Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) Jaipur.
The empanelment shall remain valid for a period of three (03) years from the date specified in the table below. The empanelment is subject to the terms and conditions stipulated in the Office Memorandum dated 22.12.2025. The empanelled hospitals shall strictly adhere to all the terms and conditions mentioned therein, as well as to the guidelines/instructions issued by CGHS from time to time.
It is further clarified that the Health Care Organizations (HCOs) shall claim NABH/NABL rates only for those investigations/procedures which are duly NABH/NABL accredited.
