2. The cases of subject nature were supposed to reach this HQ by extended date of 31 Aug 2021. However, it is observed that till date only one HQ CE Command has submitted the requisite certificate and another HQ CE Command has requested some more time in this regard.
3. In the interest of resolving any pending case in the AoR, it is mentioned that such cases alongwith requisite Certificate should now reach this HQ by 30 Sep 2021 failing which necessary and appropriate certificate bearing NIL cases against respective HQ CE Command, shall be furnished to MoD for processing available and pending applications at this HQ, and in future, any left out case, shall be sole responsibility of corresponding HQ CE Command.
