Sub:- Continuous Empanelment of Health Care Organizations (HCOs) under CGHS-Outside CGHS, Hyderabad — Change in Name of HCO – Regarding.

Ref:- Ministry’s Letter No.S.11045/36/2012/CGHS/HEC dated 26″ December 2017.

M/s. HCG PINNACLE CANCER CENTRE (A Unit of Pinnacle Oncology Pvt. Ltd.,) APIIC Health City, Arilova, Visakhapatnam, empanelled under CGHS, Hyderabad, is taken over by HealthCare Global Enterprises Limited.

Therefore, in the empanelled list of HCOs for CGHS, Hyderabad M/s. HCG PINNACLE CANCER CENTRE (A Unit of Pinnacle Oncology Pvt. Ltd.,), APIIC Health City, Chinagadli, Arilova, Visakhapatnam shall be substituted with “M/s. HCG CANCER CENTRE, (A Unit of HealthCare Global Enterprises Limited), APIIC Health City, Chinagadili, Arilova, Visakhapatnam.

All other terms and conditions of the Memorandum of Agreement shall remain same.
