This is with reference to written request received from Empaneled HCO 32 Pearls Multispeciality Dental Clinic and Implant Centre, Ahmedabad, Dt- 08/12/2021.
As per MoA & production of One month advance notice; 32 Pearls Multispeciality Dental Clinic and Implant Centre, Ahmedabad is hereby De-empaneled from the empaneled HCOs list of CGHS Ahmedabad w.e.f 07/01/2022. However, 32 Pearls Multispeciality dental clinic and implant centre, Ahmedabad is instructed to provide treatment to the admitted/under treatment CGHS beneficiaries till completion of their treatment.
