Subject: – Updation of NABH Accreditation status of Surya Kiran Hospital, 31, Roshan Mandi, Najafgarh, New Delhi-110043 from Non-NABH to NABH Accredited.
With reference on the above subject, approval is hereby granted to Surya Kiran Hospital, 31, Roshan Mandi, Najafgarh, New Delhi-110043, empanelled under CGHS Dethi/NCR, as a Non-NABH Heath Care Organization to be upgraded as a NABH Accredited Health Care Organization.
Scope of Accreditation:
Clinical Services: Anesthesiology, Dermatology and Venereology, General Medicine including Emergency Medicine, General Surgery, Medical Oncology, Nephrology including Dialysis, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Orthopedic Surgery including Joint Replacement and Arthroscopy, Otorhinolaryngology, Pediatrics, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Surgical Oncology; Diagnostic Services: 2D Echo, EEG, EMG/EP, X-ray: Laboratory Services: Clinical Bio-Chemistry, Clinical Microbiology and Serology, Clinical Pathology, Hematology; Physiotherapy.
2. The other terms and conditions of empanelment shall remain unchanged.
