Subject : Active participation of various Government Departments in Redressal of Employment/Service related Grievances of Scheduled Tribe Employees.
Reference: (i) National Commission for Scheduled Tribes, DO No. 18/01/NCST(IGRC)2021- Coord dated 10/08/2021.
(ii)HQrs Office circular of even no. dated 28.10.2021 & 16/11/2021 on the subject.
Reference is invited to the HQrs circulars cited under reference and consequent internal changes on the subject from time to time.
2. An “Internal Grievance Committee” for the Department has already been constituted by the CGDA. Consequent upon the superannuation of the erstwhile Chairperson, Shri Dev Kumar, IDAS, PCDA (BR), Delhi Cantt., the Competent Authority has nominated Shri Bir Singh Negi, IDAS,PCDA, O/o the PCDA New Delhi as the Chairperson of the said Committee . The revised composition of the Committee is as shown below. The committee will examine the complaints of the employees belonging to Scheduled Tribes regarding the matters outlined in the DO dated 10.08.2021, which is cited under reference, and will take the necessary action for immediate redressal of the grievances .
