Subject: Implementation of e-HRMS 2.0 in the Defence Accounts Department- reg.

This is with reference to the previous Important Circulars issued by this HQrs Office on the above subject, wherein all field offices were requested to ensure that all officers and staff are onboarded on e-HRMS 2.0 and that their profiles are complete in all respects for the effective implementation of the portal in this Department.

2. During the review of the implementation status of e-HRMS 2.0, specifically in respect of all IDAS Officers, it has been observed that a considerable number of officers are either yet to be onboarded on the platform or have incomplete information in their e-HRMS profiles. Since e-HRMS 2.0 is envisaged as the single source of information for personnel Management across the Government of India, it is essential that the data of all officers is complete, accurate, and up to date.

3. Accordingly, all concerned field offices are requested to undertake the following exercise in Mission Mode and ensure its completion latest by 09.07.2026:

(1) Officers already onboarded on e-HRMS 2.0 but having incomplete information: All mandatory profile details like latest photograph, personal details, family details, service records, cadre particulars and other requisite information may be verified, updated and validated so that the officers’ profiles are complete in all respects.

(ii) Officers not yet onboarded on e-HRMS 2.0:  Necessary action may be taken to onboard all such officers on the platform immediately, after ensuring correctness and completeness of their information as described at point (I) above.

4. In this regard, the respective PCsDA/CsDA are requested to personally monitor the progress of this exercise and ensure that 100% onboarding of all IDAS Officers, including those posted in the IFA set-up, and completion of their profiles is achieved within the stipulated timeline. A compliance report indicating the number of officers onboarded and the number of officers with complete profiles vis-a-vis the total number of IDAS Officers posted under their
Organisation, shall invariably be furnished to this HQrs at [email protected] on or before 3:00 PM on 09.07.2026.

5. Furthermore, all IDAS Officers of SAG level and above, irrespective of their place of posting, are also requested to complete their e-HRMS 2.0 profiles in all respects, as described in Para 3(i) above, by the stipulated timeline. The same shall be verified and validated at this HQrs under the Nodal Officer, “CGDA HQrs Group ‘’A'”, on the basis of the service records maintained at this end.

6. This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
