8th Pay Commission Announces Delhi, Chennai & Puducherry Stakeholder Meetings; Appointment Deadlines Notified / 8वें वेतन आयोग ने दिल्ली, चेन्नई और पुडुचेरी में हितधारकों के साथ बैठकें निर्धारित कीं; आवेदन की अंतिम तिथियां घोषित
The 8th Central Pay Commission (8th CPC) has scheduled its further stakeholder interaction meetings after releasing fresh notices in Delhi, Chennai, and Puducherry. These meetings will offer Central Government employees associations, federations and unions another opportunity to present their demands and recommendations before the Commission.
8th Pay Commission Interaction Meetings in Delhi this August
As per the notice issued on the July 23rd, 2026, the Commission will conduct interaction meetings in Delhi on 7th and 10th August 2026.
The Commission has mentioned that only those associations, federations, or unions of Central Government and Union Territory employees ‘that are located or registered in Delhi’ and ‘have submitted their memorandum but have not met the Commission in Delhi or any State/Union Territory till date’ can apply for an appointment.
Such eligible organizations can apply for an online request for the meetings along with their Unique Memo ID till 31st July 2026. The venue and time of the meetings will be informed separately.
Chennai Visit of the 8th Pay Commission is Scheduled in September
The Commission has also issued a notice for its visit to Chennai in Tamil Nadu on 7th – 8th September 2026.
In this regard, Associations, Institutions, Federations, and Employee Unions representing Central Government employees in Tamil Nadu can apply for an appointment with the Commission. Such organizations may visit the online portal of the 8th CPC and submit their application along with their Unique Memo ID generated at the time of submitting the memorandum till 18th August 2026. The venue and time of the meetings will be informed separately by the Commission.
Puducherry Consultations are Scheduled for 9th September
Right after its consultation programme in Chennai, the 8th CPC will visit Pondicherry on 9th September 2026. In this regard, the Central Government employees associations and organizations in the Union Territory of Pondicherry can apply for an appointment with the Commission by submitting an online request along with their Unique Memo ID till 18th August 2026. The Commission has clarified that these meetings are meant for those associations located or registered in the State/Union Territory. However, associations representing employees of other States should wait for further notices from the Commission.
Consultations will Continue in other States too
The Commission has also mentioned that consultations will continue in other States and Union Territories in the months to come. Further notices about the consultation schedules will be released by the 8th CPC. These meetings are part of the Commission’s process to finalize its recommendations on pay, allowances, pensions, and career progression of Central Government employees and pensioners.

8वें केंद्रीय वेतन आयोग (8th CPC) ने दिल्ली, चेन्नई और पुडुचेरी में हितधारकों के साथ आगामी संवाद बैठकों के लिए नए नोटिस जारी किए हैं। इन बैठकों के माध्यम से केंद्रीय सरकारी कर्मचारियों के संघों, महासंघों एवं यूनियनों को आयोग के समक्ष अपनी मांगें, सुझाव और सिफारिशें प्रस्तुत करने का एक और अवसर मिलेगा।
अगस्त में दिल्ली में 8वें वेतन आयोग की संवाद बैठकें
23 जुलाई 2026 को जारी नोटिस के अनुसार, 8वां केंद्रीय वेतन आयोग (8th CPC) 7 अगस्त और 10 अगस्त 2026 को दिल्ली में हितधारकों के साथ संवाद बैठकें आयोजित करेगा।
आयोग ने स्पष्ट किया है कि केवल वही केंद्रीय सरकारी एवं केंद्रशासित प्रदेश के कर्मचारियों के संघ, महासंघ या यूनियन, जो दिल्ली में स्थित या पंजीकृत हैं, तथा जिन्होंने अपना ज्ञापन (Memorandum) आयोग को पहले ही प्रस्तुत कर दिया है, लेकिन अब तक दिल्ली या किसी अन्य राज्य/केंद्रशासित प्रदेश में आयोग के साथ बैठक नहीं की है, वे ही बैठक के लिए आवेदन करने के पात्र होंगे।
ऐसे पात्र संगठन 31 जुलाई 2026 तक अपनी यूनिक मेमो आईडी (Unique Memo ID) के साथ ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं। बैठक का स्थान एवं समय आयोग द्वारा बाद में अलग से सूचित किया जाएगा।
सितंबर में चेन्नई का दौरा करेगा 8वां वेतन आयोग
8वें केंद्रीय वेतन आयोग (8th CPC) ने 7 एवं 8 सितंबर 2026 को तमिलनाडु के चेन्नई दौरे के संबंध में भी एक नोटिस जारी किया है।
इस संबंध में, तमिलनाडु में केंद्रीय सरकारी कर्मचारियों का प्रतिनिधित्व करने वाले संघ, संस्थान, महासंघ एवं कर्मचारी यूनियन आयोग के साथ बैठक के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं। ऐसे पात्र संगठन 8वें वेतन आयोग के ऑनलाइन पोर्टल पर जाकर 18 अगस्त 2026 तक अपना आवेदन प्रस्तुत कर सकते हैं। आवेदन के साथ ज्ञापन (Memorandum) जमा करते समय प्राप्त यूनिक मेमो आईडी (Unique Memo ID) संलग्न करना अनिवार्य होगा।
बैठकों का स्थान एवं समय आयोग द्वारा बाद में अलग से सूचित किया जाएगा।
9 सितंबर को पुडुचेरी में आयोजित होगी 8वें वेतन आयोग की परामर्श बैठक
चेन्नई में परामर्श कार्यक्रम के तुरंत बाद 8वां केंद्रीय वेतन आयोग (8th CPC) 9 सितंबर 2026 को पुडुचेरी का दौरा करेगा।
इस संबंध में, पुडुचेरी केंद्रशासित प्रदेश के केंद्रीय सरकारी कर्मचारियों के संघ, महासंघ एवं अन्य कर्मचारी संगठन आयोग के साथ बैठक के लिए 18 अगस्त 2026 तक ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं। आवेदन के साथ ज्ञापन (Memorandum) जमा करते समय प्राप्त यूनिक मेमो आईडी (Unique Memo ID) संलग्न करना अनिवार्य होगा।
आयोग ने स्पष्ट किया है कि ये बैठकें केवल संबंधित राज्य/केंद्रशासित प्रदेश में स्थित या पंजीकृत कर्मचारी संगठनों के लिए आयोजित की जा रही हैं। अन्य राज्यों के कर्मचारियों का प्रतिनिधित्व करने वाले संगठनों को आयोग द्वारा जारी किए जाने वाले आगामी नोटिसों की प्रतीक्षा करनी चाहिए।
अन्य राज्यों में भी जारी रहेंगी परामर्श बैठकें
8वें केंद्रीय वेतन आयोग (8th CPC) ने बताया है कि आने वाले महीनों में अन्य राज्यों और केंद्रशासित प्रदेशों में भी हितधारकों के साथ परामर्श बैठकें आयोजित की जाएंगी। इन बैठकों के कार्यक्रम और तिथियों से संबंधित अलग-अलग नोटिस आयोग द्वारा समय-समय पर जारी किए जाएंगे।
ये परामर्श बैठकें आयोग की उस व्यापक प्रक्रिया का हिस्सा हैं, जिसके माध्यम से केंद्रीय सरकारी कर्मचारियों एवं पेंशनभोगियों के वेतन, भत्तों, पेंशन, सेवा शर्तों तथा कैरियर प्रगति से संबंधित सुझाव प्राप्त किए जा रहे हैं। विभिन्न हितधारकों से प्राप्त सुझावों और विचार-विमर्श के आधार पर आयोग अपनी अंतिम सिफारिशें केंद्र सरकार को प्रस्तुत करेगा।
