OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Status of roll out of IAW module of IAOS in all Ministries/Departments-reg.

With reference to this office O.M. No. Q-2/2022/IAD-CGA/(E-10282)/170-72 dated 18.06.2026 vide which Status of roll out of IAW Modules of IOAS in the Ministries/Departments were sought. In this regard, an open house meeting was held on 23rd July 2026 with representatives from various Ministries/Departments, the GIFMIS team, and the IAD team (O/o CGA) for smooth implementation of the Internal Audit Wing (IAW) Module of IOAS. During the meeting, it came to notice that several Ministries/Departments have not yet created their root users.

In view of the above, all such Ministries/Departments are reiterated to create root user and initiate the roll-out/ implementation of IAW module in their respective offices at the earliest.

This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
