संदर्भ / Ref:- This Office letter of even number dated 20-07-2026.

Please refer to this Office letter of even number dated 20-07-2026 regarding the captioned subject, i.e.” Payment of Cycle (Maintenance) Allowance to Track Maintainer over ECoR.” The matter was also discussed during the 3rd ZPNM meeting held with ECORSC and ECORSU.
In this connection, it is mentioned that, the arrears of “Cycle (Maintenance) Allowance to Track Maintainer over ECoR” may be paid from the date of issue of Railway Board’s circular i.e. from 11-08-2017. The allowance should be paid on the verification of SSE / In Charge of the Section concerned fulfilling terms & conditions as mentioned in RBE No. 93/2017.
The action taken report may please be communicated to this Office at the earliest for further necessary action at this end.
This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.

It is requested to implement RBE No. 93/2017 for payment of Cycle (Maintenance) Allowance to Track Maintainers in ECoR and pending arrears if any, may be processed. Accordingly, copies of ECoR’s Estt. Sl. No. 104/2017 (RBE No. 93/2017), Estt. Sl. No. 44/2023 (RBE No. 44/2023) & Estt. Sl. No. 142/2024 is enclosed information, guidance and necessary action please.
