Subject :- Coverage under Central Service (Pension) Rule 1972 of those under Central Government employees whose selection for appointment were finalized before 01.01.2004 but joined Government services on or after 01.01.2004.
Hqrs office intimated vide their letter No.NPS/Gen/Vol-XVII/E-2604 dated 09/04/2021 that as per the DoP&PW OM bearing No.57/04/2019-P&PW/(B) dated 31.03.2021 the cut off dates for various activities involved in the process of exercising of one time option to Govt. servants for coverage under Central Civil Services (Pension) Rule 1972 in place of National Pension System (NPS) has been extended The above cut off dates as under
