Sub: Transfer of posts of SSE (L-7) from CoE/IRISET to CoE/RDSO
Ref: Railway Board’s letter no. EC(MPP)2023/1/12 dated 06.06.2023 (RBE No. 73/2023)
Sanction of Ministry of Railways (Railway Board) is hereby communicated for transfer of 16 (sixteen) posts of Senior Section Engineers (SSEs) (Level-7) from Centre of Excellence (CoE)/IRISET to Centre of Excellence (CoE)/RDSO subject to condition that all SSE posts (Level-7) are transferred from CoE/IRISET to CoE/RDSO within the same Department, without any change in the purpose, duties or functions attached to the posts.
2. The posts shall be transferred either along with the incumbents or, alternatively, only if the posts are vacant.
3. RDSO should ensure that all these 16 SSE posts are transferred through HRMS, and simultaneously they should be deleted from the Book of Sanction (BoS) of CoE/IRISET & included in the BoS of RDSO, through HRMS so as to avoid dual operation/ accounting of the same posts. Also, it needs to be ensured that all the above 16 (sixteen) posts of Senior Section Engineers (SSEs) stand deleted from the Book of Sanction of the concerned zonal railway, from where these posts were originally drawn for transfer to CoE/IRISET.
4. This issues with the concurrence of Finance Directorate of the Ministry of Railways.
