Please refer OM No-57/04/2019-P&PW(B) dated 17.02.2020 sent vide above reference. It is requested to provide details of all the employees of your zone who are eligible and have opted for Coverage under CCS (Pension) Rules, 1972 in place of NPS and confirm whether the action as required under Para (8) and (9) of the said OM has been completed for such employees.
