Subject: Delegation of Administrative powers to Service Headquarters-reg.
Sir,
Adjutant General’s Branch, IHQ of MoD(Army) has sent a proposal for amendment in Ministry of Defence Order No. 4684/Dir(Pens}/2001 dated 07 Nov 2001 for transfer of delegation of administrative powers from ADG PS to ADG MP in respect of initial adjudication to grant disability pension to officers up -to the rank of Colonel/equivalent ranks, Accordingly, it has been decided to make the amendment in Para 2(e)(i) of Ministry of Defence Order No. 4684/Dir(Pens)/2001 dated 07 Nov 2001 as below:

3. This issues with the approval of Competent Authority and with the concurrence of Finance Division of this Ministry vide their U.O. Note No. PC(1) to 26(7)/2013FIN/PEN dated 09.06.2021.
