Sub:- Implementation of Government decision on the recommendations of 7th CPC – Revision of pay & Allowances and pension/gratuity/communication of pension in r/o Defence civilians who have relinquished service on a/c of retirement, death etc between 01.01.2016 and 31.07.2016.
Ref:- HQrs office letter No AT/II/2701/NE Def Civ/Report-III/E-1449 dated 10.03.2022.
Please refer HQrs office letter cited under reference wherein it is stated that Report for the quarter ending December 2021 rendered by this office has been examined and it has been observed that pay fixation, issue of revised LPC-cum-data sheet and payment of arrears of pay and allowances in respect of all 1016 cases have already been completed whereas the payment of difference of leave encashment in respect of 7 cases is still to be made. Further, it is advised that the difference of leave encashment in r/o remaining 7 cases (2 pending cases of difference of leave encashment received/ approved in r/o AOGE AF Palam and 05 no of pending cases of difference of leave encashment received/ approved in r/o LAO(S) COD Delhi Cantt) may be paid on priority as and when the claims for the same are received from the concerned units.
In view of the position put forth, HQrs office has directed that no further progress reports on the subject are required to be sent to ‘ts office, so hereafter this report will be discontinued.
