Subject: Updation of NABH Accreditation status of Happy Tooth Dental Care & Diagnostic Centre from Non-NABH to NABH Accredited.

With reference to the subject mentioned above, approval is hereby accorded to Happy Tooth Dental Care & Diagnostic Centre, P.P. Compound, Ranchi empanelled under CGHS Ranchi, as a Non-NABH Dental Centre to be upgraded as a NABH Accredited Dental Centre w.c.f. 06th February, 2023.

Scope of Accreditation:
Clinical Services: General Dentistry, Prosthodontics, Oral Medicine and Radiology.

2. The other terms and conditions of empanelment shall remain unchanged.
