Sub:-De-Empanelment of Umang Superspeciality Hospital (A Unit of Health Planners Private Limited), Building No. 306, Opp. Radha Swami Satsang Bhawan, Pataudi Road, Gurugram-122001 from the CGHS panel for a period of 6 months.

With reference to the above mentioned subject, the undersigned is directed to draw attention that Umang Superspeciality Hospital (A Unit of Health Planners Private Limited), Building No. 306, Opp. Radha Swami Satsang Bhawan, Pataudi Road, Gurugram-122001 was empanelled under CGHS and to state that various complaints were received against above said hospital, for generating fraudulent/wrong bills by misusing CGHS cards. After examining the complaints & reply submitted by Hospital, it has been decided to De-Empanel Umang Superspeciality Hospital (A Unit of Health Planners Private Limited), Building No. 306, Opp. Radha Swami Satsang Bhawan, Pataudi Road, Gurugram-122001 from CGHS panel for a period of 6 months.

The CGHS beneficiaries already admitted in the hospital for treatment prior to the issue of this order shall continue to be provided treatment at CGHS rates till their discharge.
