In pursuance of Ministry’s O.M. F.No. 5-34/CGHS/HEC(HQ)/2025 dated 22/12/2025, M/s Kamakshi Hospital, Mysuru is provisionally empaneled for all available facilities under CGHS Bengaluru with effect from 27/3/2026 and accepted the CGHS package rates for a period of 6 (six) months from date of empanelment as per the terms and conditions of empanelment laid down in the MOA.
