Subject : Grant of Meeting for oral evidence by the Staff Side Members of National Council (JCM) and the constituent organizations.
Sir,
The National Council (JCM) is the Apex Body representing all Central Government Employees. The Staff Side of the National Council (JCM) has already submitted its Memorandum to the 8th CPC on common service matters and demands of Pensioners. To discuss on this Memorandum a full-fledged meeting of the National Council (JCM) may please be convened at a mutually convenient date. Apart from this the following constituent Organisations of National Council (JCM) (Recognized Employees Organizations) may also be given separate interview / meeting for placing the respected Departmental issues before the 8th CPC, since they all will be submitting separate Memorandum on the cadre related issues of the respective Departments / Ministries and also on the Department specific issues etc. Following are the constituent Organizations of the National Council (JCM).
