Sub: Discontinuation/De-empanelment of existing CGHS empanelled Health Care Organizations (HCOs) whose empanelment has not been renewed -CGHS, Meerut reg.
Ref: Office Memorandum F.No.5.34/CGHS (HQ)/HEC/2025 dated 15.09.2026.
In pursuance of Directorate OM dated 15.09.2026 (Copy Enclosed), on the subject mentioned above, the HCOs, as per the list enclosed Annexure-A, whose empanelment has not been renewed, shall be discontinued/de-empanelled from the CGHS, Meerut panel and blocked/deactivated on HEM/TMS 2.0 with effect from 16.09.2026 at 12:00 AM, as per the terms and conditions laid down in the said O.M.
