Subject: Extension of validity of empanelment of existing CGHS empanelled AYUSH Health Care Organizations (HCOs) and completion of empanelment process under HEM 2.0-reg.
In reference to Office Memorandum F. No. 25-1/2018/CGHS/JD AYUSH/Part-II (e-8344362)/208, dated 09.07.2026, regarding Empanelment of Private Ayush Day Care Therapy Centers and Hospital under CGHS through HEM Portal and in continuous to above mentioned OM, with the approval of the Competent Authority, it has been decided to further extend the validity of empanelment of existing CGHS empanelled AYUSH Health Care Organizations (HCOs) up to 30.11.2026.
2. Further, all Additional Directors concerned are directed to ensure that the empanelment process of eligible AYUSH HCOs is completed on or before 30.11.2026, in accordance with the extant guidelines and prescribed procedure under HEM.
3. The concerned offices shall ensure completion of all requisite formalities, including scrutiny of applications/documents, resolution of pending queries/deficiencies, physical inspection wherever required, execution of the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA), submission and verification of Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG), completion of necessary HEM formalities and approval/notification of empanelment.
4. The existing empanelled AYUSH HCOs shall continue to provide services to eligible CGHS beneficiaries during the extended period, subject to the applicable CGHS guidelines, approved rates, terms and conditions of the MoA and other extant instructions.
5. This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
