Subject: De-empanelment of M/s Siddhanta Red Cross Superspeciality Hospital, Shivaji Nagar, Bhopal from CGHS Bhopal Panel – regarding.
M/s Siddhanta Red Cross Superspeciality Hospital, Shivaji Nagar, Bhopal, having Hospital ID No. HOSP23P128356 and HFR ID No. IN2310011555, was empanelled under CGHS Bhopal with effect from 20.05.2026.
2. The Nursing Home Registration of the said HCO, bearing Registration No. NH/286/March15 dated 01.04.2026, has been cancelled under Section 5 read with Rule 6 of the मध्य प्रदेश उपचारगृह तथा रुजोपचार संबंधी स्थापनाएँ (रजिस्ट्रीकरण तथा अनुज्ञापन) अधिनियम, 1973. The cancellation has been duly confirmed by the CMHо, Bhopal, along with a detailed report received in this office.

As per Clause 5.1.1 and Clause 5.1.2 read with Clause 14.1.5 of the CGHS Memorandum of Agreement, the HCO is required to comply with applicable laws and maintain all statutory registrations, licences and permissions required for operation of the healthcare facility. In view of the cancellation of the aforesaid statutory registration by the competent authority, the HCO no longer fulfils the requisite statutory condition for continuation on the CGHS panel.
4. Accordingly, M/s Siddhanta Red Cross Superspeciality Hospital, Shivaji Nagar, Bhopal, is hereby de-empanelled from the CGHS Bhopal panel with effect from 05.10.2026, consequent upon cancellation of its Nursing Home Registration by the competent authority, subject to any further order, review, modification, revocation, restoration or other decision subsequently passed by the CMHO, Bhopal, or any other competent authority of the State Government regarding the validity, restoration or continuation of the statutory registration of the HCO.
5. The following consequential provisions shall apply:
(i) All pending CGHS credit bills, including IPD and OPD claims, shall be submitted within 45 days from the date of discharge in case of IPD treatment, from the date of last consultation in case of OPD consultation, or from the date of the investigation report in case of OPD investigations/diagnostics. Bills submitted beyond the prescribed period shall be liable to rejection/time-barment, subject to the applicable CGHS rules and instructions.
(ii) No fresh CGHS credit facility shall be extended by the de-empanelled HCO to CGHS beneficiaries from the date of de-empanelment, except in cases specifically permitted by the competent authority under the applicable CGHS provisions.
(iii) The HCO shall not use the CGHS name, logo or its erstwhile empanelment status for any advertisement, publicity or promotional purpose from the date of de-empanelment.
(iv) CGHS beneficiaries presently undergoing treatment/investigation at the HCO shall be advised to shift to another CGHS-empanelled HCO for further treatment/investigation, except where continuation at the HCO is specifically permitted by the competent authority.
(v) The Performance Bank Guarantee/Bank Guarantee, if furnished by the HCO, shall be dealt with in accordance with the terms and conditions of the empanelment agreement, after settlement of pending CGHS dues/claims and other liabilities, and taking into account the final decision, if any, of the CMHO, Bhopal or other competent authority regarding the statutory registration.
(vi) The de-empanelment shall be without prejudice to any disciplinary, recovery or other action already initiated or that may be initiated against the HCO under the terms of the empanelment agreement or applicable rules/instructions.
6. This de-empanelment shall also be without prejudice to any statutory remedy available to the HСО against the order dated 31.08.2026 passed by the competent authority. In the event that the said order is subsequently stayed, revoked, withdrawn or set aside by the competent authority/appellate authority, the matter of CGHS empanelment may be reviewed separately in accordance with the resultant statutory position and the applicable provisions of the CGHS Memorandum of Agreement.
