Subject: Suspension of Empanelment of Aarogyam Clinic, U-1/34, Budh Vihar, Phase-l, Delhi – 110086 under CGHS – Reg.

With reference to the above-mentioned subject, attention is drawn to the Office Memorandum No. F. No. 25-01/2018/CGHS/JD(AYUSH)/Part-II dated 14.08.2025, vide which Aarogyam Clinic, U-1/34, Budh Vihar, Phase-I, Delhi-110086 was granted renewal of empanelment under CGHS as a Day Care Centre up to 27.06.2026, subject to submission of a valid NABH accreditation certificate within 30 days to CGHS.

2. However, it has been observed that the Centre has not submitted the requisite NABH accreditation certificate within the stipulated period. As NABH accreditation is a mandatory requirement for empanelment and continued association under CGHS, non-compliance with this condition is a matter of serious concern.

3. Accordingly, it has been decided to suspend the empanelment of Aarogyam Clinic, U-1/34, Budh Vihar, Phase-I, Delhi-110086 under CGHS until further orders or up to 27.06.2026, subject to the following conditions:

1. The Health Care Organization (HCO) is instructed to complete all ongoing treatments of CGHS beneficiaries within five (05) days from the date of issue of this order.
2. The HCO is strictly directed not to admit any new patient or initiate any new treatment during this period.
3. No reimbursement claims for any treatment availed at Aarogyam Clinic, U-1/34, Budh Vihar, Phase-I, Delhi-110086 shall be admissible from the date of issue of this order, except for treatments completed within the permitted five-day period.

This order shall take immediate effect.
