Subject: Consolidated List of Private Healthcare Organization (HCO) Empanelled under CGHS in Delhi & NCR.
The undersigned is directed to state that the Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) has updated the consolidated list of Private Healthcare Organizations (HCOs) empanelled under CGHS in Delhi and the National Capital Region (NCR) as on 15.12.2025. This list includes Hospitals, exclusive Eye Centers, Dental Clinics, and Diagnostic Imaging Centers.
2. Some private Health Care Organizations (HCOs) have recently been empanelled under CGHS in Delhi NCR. The names of these HCOs have not yet been updated in the CGHS Dispensary Referral Module. Accordingly, it is hereby directed that all CMO in-charge of CGHS Wellness Centres shall accept the prescriptions issued by these newly empanelled HCQs, provided that the CGHS beneficiary produces a valid referral slip.
3. For any changes and updates, related to the empanelment status or services, of listed HCOs, please address your concerns in writing to the Joint Director, CGHS Headquarters, at the email address jdgrhq.dl[@]cghs.nic.in. All communications should include relevant details such as the name of the HCO, nature of the issue, and supporting documentation to facilitate prompt resolution.
