Delay in DA/DR Announcement Raises Employees’ Concerns – Confederation Writes to Finance Minister – डीए/डीआर घोषणा में देरी पर कर्मचारियों की चिंता बढ़ी – कन्फेडरेशन ने वित्त मंत्री को लिखा पत्र
केंद्रीय सरकारी कर्मचारियों और पेंशनरों के बीच महंगाई भत्ते (DA) और महंगाई राहत (DR) की घोषणा में हो रही देरी को लेकर असंतोष बढ़ता जा रहा है। इसी मुद्दे को लेकर Confederation of Central Government Employees & Workers (CCGEW) ने विगत 08 अप्रैल 2026 को माननीय वित्त मंत्री श्रीमती निर्माल सीतारमण को एक पत्र भेजा है।
क्या है मामला?
आम तौर पर हर साल जनवरी से लागू होने वाला डीए/डीआर मार्च के अंतिम सप्ताह में घोषित कर दिया जाता है और उसके बकाया (arrears) का भुगतान अप्रैल के पहले सप्ताह में कर दिया जाता है। लेकिन इस वर्ष 01.01.2026 से देय डीए/डीआर की घोषणा अब तक नहीं की गई है, जिससे कर्मचारियों और पेंशनरों में चिंता और असंतोष बढ़ रहा है।
कर्मचारियों की बढ़ती बेचैनी
संघ ने अपने पत्र में स्पष्ट किया है कि इस देरी के कारण कर्मचारियों और पेंशनरों के बीच असंतोष के साथ-साथ भविष्य को लेकर आशंकाएं भी पैदा हो रही हैं। खासकर ऐसे समय में जब महंगाई लगातार बढ़ रही है, डीए/डीआर का समय पर मिलना बेहद महत्वपूर्ण हो जाता है।
8वें वेतन आयोग का संदर्भ
पत्र में 8वें वेतन आयोग का भी उल्लेख किया गया है, जिससे यह संकेत मिलता है कि कर्मचारियों की उम्मीदें वेतन और भत्तों से जुड़ी नीतियों को लेकर और भी बढ़ गई हैं।
सरकार से अपील
संघ के महासचिव एस.बी. यादव ने वित्त मंत्री से व्यक्तिगत हस्तक्षेप करने की अपील की है। उन्होंने आग्रह किया है कि डीए/डीआर की घोषणा और आदेश जल्द से जल्द जारी किए जाएं, ताकि कर्मचारियों और पेंशनरों की चिंताओं को दूर किया जा सके।

The Confederation of Central Government Employees and Worker’s would like to draw your kind attention towards non declaration of due installments of DA/DR w.e.f. 01.01.2026, normally it used to be declared In the last week of March and Arrears of the three months paid in first week of April every year.
Severe discontent and apprehensions is there amongst the Employees and Pensioners, over delay in declaration of the same.
The Confederation beseech your personal intervention in the matter and request to your good self to kindly cause the Declaration/issuance of the DA/DR orders at the earliest.
