Sir,
Approval of Competent Authority is hereby conveyed for downgradation of Chandrapur Head Office from Gazetted Head Office to HSG-I Head Post Office, under Chandrapur Division in Maharashtra Circle, subject to the following condition:-
The Circle shall ensure that the redeployment of the Senior Postmaster (PS Group ‘B’) as SPO is in accordance with the relevant prescribed norms and guidelines. Circle shall also ensure that said posts are of the same level, and there is no conversion of posts, outside the purview of the relevant guidelines.
2. This sanction issues with the approval of Competent Authority. The advice of Integrated Finance Wing was conveyed vide their Dy. Diary No. Diary No. 34/2025-26/FA-CS(P) dated 29.05.2026.
