Subject Delegation of powers for hiring of immovable properties for ECHS Polyclinics at Non- Military Stations.
Sir,
In continuation of the Govt. of India, Ministry of Defence letter No. 25(05) / 2012 / U S(WE) / D(Res) dated 15th July, 2019 vide which under mentioned financial powers for hiring of immovable properties for ECHS Polyclinics at Non Military Stations were sanction ed till 14.07.2021, I am directed to convey the sanction of the Government of India for delegation of the under mentioned financial powers for hiring of immovable properties for ECHS Polyclinics at non- military stations w.e.f. 15.07.2021 for a period of two years or till finalization of ongoing revision of DFPDS or till the polyclinics building is constructed, whichever is earlier.

2. The cases for hiring of immovable properties for ECHS PCs at Non-Military Stations beyond the financial power of Rs. 5,00,000 / – per annum will be considered / sanctioned by the Ministry on case to case basis in consultation with MoD (Fin / Pen).
3. This issues with the concurrence of Defence (Finance / Pension) vide their U.O. Note No. 33(61) /2013/ Fin / Pen, dated 04.08 .2021.
