Subject: Approval of Updation of NABH Accreditation status from Non-NABH to NABH Accredited in respect of Pawan Hospital (A Unit of Pawan Healthcare Pvt Ltd)
With reference on the above subject, approval is hereby granted to Pawan Hospital (A Unit of Pawan Healthcare Pvt Ltd) Samaypur Road Near Sector-56, Faridabad-121004, empanelled under CGHS Delhi/NCR, as a Non-NABH, Hospital to be upgraded as a NABH Accredited Hospital, w.e.f. 5th February 2022, with following Scope of NABH Accredited Services:
Anaesthesiology, Services, Emergency Medicine, General Medicine including Critical Care, General Surgery including, Laparoscopic, Surgery Medical Gastroenterology Nephrology including Dialysis, Neurosurgery Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Ophthalmology (Eye), Orthopaedic Surgery, Otorhinolaryngology (ENT), Paediatrics including Neonatology, Physiotherapy, Dental & Diagnostics
The other terms & conditions of empanelment shall remain unchanged.
