Subject: Relaxation in the eligibility service-change in the crucial date i.e. 1st January-Reg.
I am directed to invite your kind attention on the aforesaid subject and to intimate that there has been misinterpretation of this office circular no. Circular/202t/PA Admn II/1925-1950 dated 01/10/2021 among PAOs regarding relaxation in the eligibility service – change in the crucial date i.e. 1st January due to which various representation from individuals as well as Union have been received in this office.
In view of the above, it has been directed by the competent authority that if there is any variation in determining crucial date for eligibility of the officials then DoPT’s OM No. F. No. AB-14017/17/2018 Est. RR dated 12/08/2021 shall be strictly adhered as per vacancy for the respective year i.e. from 2019 to 2023.
