Subject: Forwarding of revised proforma for seeking Vigilance Clearance Certificate — reg.

Madam/Sir,

In suppression of this office order no. HRM-III/14(7)09/Guidelines/EO-A0/23437 dated 17-11-2014 on the above-cited subject, all offices are requested to submit VCC request in the standard proforma- Annexure-II (copy enclosed).

2. All offices are requested to mention the following details while forwarding VCC requests to Head Office:

  1. Correct EID of the Officer/Official/ Correct name spelling.
  2. Date of Eligibility
  3. Complete Local VC
  4. Complete AIPR — it should be computer generated only, mentioning the date and time of submission of AIPR.
