Subject: – Updation of NABH Accreditation status of Kalyani Hospital Pvt. Ltd. Mehrauli-Gurgaon Road, Opp. Govt. Girls College. Gurgaon-122001 from Non-NABH to NABH Accredited.
With reference on the above subject, approval is hereby granted to Kalyani Hospital Pvt. Ltd. Mehrauli-Gurgaon Road, Opp. Govt. Girls College. Gurgaon-122001, empanelled under CGHS Delhi/NCR, as a Non-NABH Heath Care Organization to be upgraded as a NABH Accredited Health Care Organization.
Scope of Accreditation:
Clinical Services: Anesthesiology, Dentistry, Dermatology and Venereology, Emergency Medicine, General Medicine, General Surgery, Medical Gastroenterology, Nephrology. Neurology, Neurosurgery, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic Surgery, Otorhinolaryngology. Pediatrics, Pediatric Surgery, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Surgical Gastroenterology, Urology; Diagnostic Services: 2D Echo, Audiometry, CT Scan, EEG, Tread Mill Testing, Ultrasound, X-ray: Laboratary Services: Clinical Bio-Chemistry, Clinical Microbiology and Serology, Clinical Pathology. Hematology; Physiotherapy.
