Discontinuation of Canteen Subsidy with immediate effect as per the resolution passed in the 206th Board Meeting

Sub: Discontinuation of Canteen Subsidy.-reg

The Central Pollution Control Board, in its 206th Board Meeting held on 24.12.2025 has passed the resolution to discontinue the canteen subsidy in light of the audit observations of CAG.

02. Accordingly, the existing Canteen Subsidy of Rupees Four Hundred (400/-) per month (on self-signed certification basis) being extended to all the regular employees in CPCB shall stand withdrawn with immediate effect.

03. This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority, Central Pollution Control Board.
