OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Empanelment of Private Hospital /HCOs under CGHS Patna.
With reference to the subject cited above, and in accordance with the applicable package rates notified vide Office Memorandum (OM) No. F.No.5-16/CGHS(HQ)/HEC/2024 (Part-I) (Comp No.-8365027) dated 03.10.2025, as well as the guidelines issued for Fresh Empanelment of Private Hospitals under CGHS vide Office Memorandum No. F. No. 5-34/CGHS/HEC(HQ)/2025 (Comp No. 8375449) dated 22.12.2025, the following Health Care Organization (HCO) has submitted a duly signed Memorandum of Agreement (MoA), Hospital Policy for CGHS beneficiaries, and a Performance Bank Guarantee to this office on 20.04.2026.
Accordingly, the following Multi Specialty Hospital is hereby empanelled under CGHS Patna with effect from 20.04.2026 for a period of three (03) years. The empanelment shall cover all CGHS-approved and available facilities at CGHS-notified rates.
