Subject: Fresh empanelment of Private Health Care Organizations (HCOs) under CGHS Kolkata-regd.

In pursuance of the Ministry’s OM F. No. 5-34/CGHS/HEC/HQ/2025 dated 22nd December 2025, Genu Path Labs, 8/3, Innovation Tower, Premises No. 16-315, Plot DH6/32, Action Area 1D, New Town, Rajarhat, Kolkata -700 156, is empaneled under CGHS Kolkata with effect from 25th August 2026 for a period of 3 (three) years as per the Terms & Conditions of empanelment laid down in the Memorandum of Agreement.
