Subject: Appointment to the posts of HSG-I (NFG).
Madam / Sir.
I am directed to refer to letter No. X-3/3/2019-SPN-II dated 24.06.2019, wherein all Circles were informed to maintain status quo on filling up of the posts of HSG-I(NFG) till further orders from the Directorate.
2. To accommodate the senior HSG-I officials (erstwhile Postmaster Grade III officials), whose juniors had already been appointed HSG-I (NFG), Establishment Division vide letter No. Q-26/2/2020-P.E.-I dated 05.08.2020 has issued orders for temporary redeployment of forty (40) posts of HSG-I (NFG) from twelve (12) Circles to three (03) deficient circles.
3. The Competent Authority has now decided to lift the status quo, on filling up of the posts of HSG-I (NFG) imposed vide letter No. X-3/3/2019-SPN-II dated 24.06.2019.
4. Accordingly, Circles are advised to initiate the process of convening DPC for selection to the posts of HSG-I (NFG) as per tho revised sanctioned strength as mentioned in aforesaid instructions of Establishment Division, issued vide letter NO. Q-25/2/2020-P.E-I dated 05.08.2020.
