EXCESS PAYMENT IN RESPECT OF ENGINEER CADRE (OFFICERS) ON ACCOUNT OF WITHDRAWAL OF BUNCHING CASES IN REVISED Pay STRUCTURE UNDER CENTRAL CIVIL SERVICES (REVISEC PAY RULES-2016)
1. it is intimated that the “Bunching benefit” were given to the officers (list enclosed as Appx ‘A’, ‘B’ & ‘C’) stands withdrawn in terms of Govt of India, Min of Deptt of Expdr OM No.1-6/2016-IC/E-IIIA dated 07 Feb 2019 and the same has been intimated to each unit vide CRO letter mentioned against each officer in the appendix enclosed.
2. Since their pay have been fixed earlier with bunching effect, the same have been withdrawn now. Therefore the offrs must be drawing excess payment which is highly irregular on the part of the officer himself and controlling officer also. You are requested to direct to the unit concerned to take immediate action to avoid any excess payment and to confirm the same. Please also ensure that the unit fwd the copy of PTO for withdrawal of bunching effect.
3. The pay fixation proforma duly approved after withdrawn of Bunching by the audit have already been sent to the Unit, however in case the same have not been recd, please fwd the email on ID [email protected] to get the copy of pay fixation proforma.
4. If the officer has been posted out the another unit than the unit may be asked that this letter may please be fwd to his new unit under intimation to this office.
5. Please accord PRIORTY.
