In continuation of this office circular cited under reference it is intimated that the details of (salary account) bank account in NEFT mandate format along with cancelled cheque in r/o all the industrial employees (MES) as requested in this office circular has not been received in this office till date.
Hence, it is requested to forward the above details along with soft copy in the given format in excel by 25th of this month.
