Kindly refer to Board’s letter of even no. dated 02.02.2023 (copy enclosed) on the subject mentioned above wherein all Zonal Railways & PU’s have been advised to make use of the opportunity being presented by way of the large panel for considering the pending transfer applications. It Is reiterated that the transfer cases may be processed on priority wherever feasible.
Further, it is also advised that all mutual transfers cases pending for NOC may be finalised on priority. Attention in this connection is invited to DG/HR DO letter no. E(NG)I/2022/TR/39 dated 23.12.2022 to the General Managers.
