Sub: Publication of Tulip generated Part-II office order.
Please refer HQrs. office circular no. Estt-Coord/3012/Circular/Vol. VI/Tulip dated 22.12.2021 vide which it was directed to dispense with all publication of Part II OO manually and generate Part II OO through Tulip only. However, it is observed that the instructions contained in the ibid circular are not being adhered to by the PCsDA/CsDA office, which is not appreciated.
2. The Competent Authority has directed that all kinds of Part II OO be compulsorily generated through Tulip only with immediate effect.
3. A list of Part-II Office Order already available in TULIP PMS is enclosed for ready reference.
4. A confirmation regarding dispensing with the manual publication and starting of Tulip generated publication of all types of Part-II OO may please be furnished to HQrs. office by 23.10.2023.
5. For any technical glitch and guidance, the IT&S wing of HQrs. office may be approached.
