CIRCULAR

Sub: Mentioning reference of Federations in the policy instructions from Board’s office.

*****

Generally, staff matters on the same subject are raised by both the Federations, namely, AIRF and NFIR through their letters addressed to Board. Such references are examined by concerned Directorates and policy letters are issued accordingly with the approval of the Competent Authority.

2. In the recent case, it has been pointed out by the Federations that name of one or the other Federation is left out while issuing policy letters by Board despite the fact that both Federations raised the same matter in their representations.

3. It is, therefore, advised that in staff matters where representations have been made by both Federations through PNM meetings or separately, references of both Federations should invariably be made while issuing the policy letters to avoid any complaints from them.
