National Cadet Corps (Girls Division) Amendment Rules 2025 — Substantives promotions of Junior Wing Officers: Gazette Notification dated 31.10.2025

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 31st October, 2025

S.R.O. 39.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the National Cadet Corps Act ,1948 (31 of 1948), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to further amend the National Cadet Corps (Girls Division ) Rule 1949 namely:-

1. Short title and commencement:-

(i) These Rules may be called the National Cadet Corps (Girls Division) Amendment Rules 2025.
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the National Cadet Corps (Girls Division) Rules 1949, in the schedule III, for paragraph (b), the following paragraph shall be substituted, namely:-

(b) Junior Wing Officers:-

On being first commissioned – Second Officer
After 8 years of commissioned service – First officer
After 15 years of commissioned Service – Chief Officer

Note : The principal rules were published in the Gazette of India , Part 1 Section 3, vide S.R.O 451 dated the 18th March, 1950 and last amended Vide letter No. 0162/Policy/NCC HQ/MS (D)/59/D(GSVI) dt 12th January 2004.

का.नि.आ. 39.— राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर अधिनियम, 1948 (1948 का 31) की धारा 13 द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों को प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्रीय सरकार राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर (गर्ल्स डिवीजन) नियम, 1949 में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात :-

1. संक्षिप्त शीर्षक और प्रारंभ –

(क) इन नियमों को राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर (गर्ल्स डिवीजन) संशोधन नियम, 2025 कहा जाएगा।

(ख) ये नियम राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत होंगे।

2. राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर (गर्लस डिवीजन) नियम, 1949, अनुसूची ॥ में, पैरा (ख) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित पैरा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा अर्थात:-

“(ख) कनिष्ठ विंग अधिकारी:-

– प्रथम बार कमीशन प्राप्त करने पर – द्वितीय अधिकारी
– कमीशन प्राप्त सेवा के 8 वर्ष पूरे होने पर – प्रथम अधिकारी
– कमीशन प्राप्त सेवा के 15 वर्ष पूरे होने पर – प्रमुख अधिकारी
