It has been observed during recent Audit observations in certain cases that the procedures and guidelines prescribed under the existing Policy/Standard Operating Procedure, issued by Railway Board are not being strictly followed.
2. All Railway Units are advised to ensure that all actions are carried out strictly in accordance with the laid-down instructions/policy. Any deviation from the prescribed procedures, if unavoidable, shall be duly justified and placed before the competent authority for approval.
